MVIX platform offers over 150 integrations with external content creation and management applications. Their configuration and optimization are crucial for a seamless user experience and require much time and effort.

Simultaneously serving 56K+ devices in 30 countries, the system occasionally experiences spikes. At peak times, it can reach up to 500+ requests per second. Ensuring readiness for such a demanding load is crucial for the product's performance and reliability.

Wanting to provide its users with a high-quality and safe product, MVIX set the goal of obtaining ISO 27001 Compliance. To make that happen, both product and team approaches have to be changed.

Reorganizing the infrastructure for the system, we set up a new approach to integrations with third-party services. Reducing integration complexities and facilitating smoother data exchange made processing a big chunk of graphic, video, and audio content easier, even working with third-party services.

Modifying the whole system so it could easily handle load spikes (with up to 6 times larger traffic than usual), we implemented Kubernetes as a platform for application deployment. To establish a solid foundation for data storage, our team used RDS Aurora for MySQL and ElastiCache Redis. Furthermore, we leveraged S3 for storing client assets and utilized CloudFront for caching. These strategic choices optimized performance, scalability, and reliability across the system.

Embracing infrastructure changes and process upgrades, our team helped MVIX prepare for ISO 27001 Compliance. After passing the internal audit, their team is completely ready for the external one.
